Predicting customer churn based on our engagement data
We have derived a prediction model for customer churn that enables the mapping of customer- and end-user-data based on “customer phases” throughout the onboarding process. Using this we can 1. determine the magic moment for users and 2. build preffered buyer personas with higher predicted probability to scale.
